The services for buyers are offered free of charge on an 'as is' basis. The Company reserves the right to change or remove the service at any time without notice.
The website operates as an introduction only service to help buyers make contact with suppliers of elearning services suitable to their needs. There is no guarantee that buyers will find suitable suppliers, and you are solely and wholly responsible for any agreement you may reach with any supplier you engage with.
Your use of this website does not constitute any express or implied relationship or contractual agreement between you and the Company.
Privacy:
Your email address and telephone number may be passed on to any supplier that responds to your posted requirements. By default no more than six suppliers can respond to your posting, unless you choose to increase this number. Any supplier that may contact you will be a representative of a company already listed on this website. None of your personal information is published anywhere on the website. Only the Country and where applicable Town/City information you supply is listed on the site to help suppliers better judge if they are able to help you.
When a supplier wishes to contact you, we will send you an email passing on their details. The supplier may receive a copy of this email which contains your name and email address. They may then decide to contact you further. Whether you decide to follow up with them is your decision.
Special Terms and Conditions For RFPs
If you upload an RFP document or complete an Online RFP form, then default number of suppliers who will be able to contact you is 12, unless you choose to change this. Any contact details you provide will only be shared with representatives of the supplier companies who choose to respond to your RFP.
